The climate emergency is upon us. With the inevitable transition from fossil fuels to renewable technology, there needs to be a Just Transition to ensure workers are not left behind. The Delivering Community Power campaign envisions a Just Transition for the postal service.
Three years ago, the Government of Canada promised to create a Ministry for a Just Transition – and we have not seen any meaningful progress. On March 12th, civil society groups are gathering to send a clear message that the time is now. Let’s show our support for all workers by joining the action.
