Are you under 35 and want to make a difference within CUPW? This is your opportunity! We’re inviting young CUPW members to take part in our Youth Committee. Each region will have two representatives aged 35 or younger. We’re committed to ensuring gender parity, including non-binary representation.
The Committee will meet once a year.

➢ The 2023 CUPW Convention unanimously adopted a resolution to establish a Youth Committee to
elevate the voices of young workers.
➢ Young members play a crucial role in deepening our understanding, engaging our membership, and
proposing innovative solutions.

➢ Individuals who want to get involved and engage with fellow members.
➢ Those ready to share their innovative perspectives to drive positive change.
