The attached MOA was signed last week in Ottawa, dealing with bar chart calculation for relief employees.
The Corporation has agreed to exclude the strike period from the 2018 calculations. If you have already done your bar chart consultation, please reschedule and exclude October 22 to November 30, 2018 from the calculation.
The parties also agreed to extend by one month the period allotted for reviewing the data under sub-paragraph 54.02 (b) (iv), i.e. until November 15, 2019.
A letter from National Office with explaining the changes was sent to all locals this afternoon.
