Dear Sisters/Brothers/Friends:
At the upcoming Pacific Pre-Convention Regional Conference being held October 29 – November 1, 2026, we will be holding elections for the National Committees for the 2027 – 2031 term.
All Members in Good Standing are eligible to run for these positions; you do not have to be a Delegate to the Regional Conference. *
In addition to the above-mentioned elections, we will also be holding elections to fill a few vacancies for the remainder of the 2023 – 2027 term.
As per Articles, 4.13, 4.96, 8.10, of the National Constitution, we will also be electing the following:
• One (1) Regional Work Measurement Committee Member
• One (1) Alternate to the National Board of Trustees (2nd Alternate)
• One (1) Alternate to the National Disciplinary Committee
We have attached a list of all the Committee positions to be elected. The corresponding Article in the National Constitution is listed beside each Committee.
All written nominations and acceptances for those not a delegate to the Regional Conference must be:
• Moved by a Member in Good Standing
• In Writing, signed by the mover (names must be legible, please include ID #)
• Accepted by the candidate in writing and signed (names must be legible, please include ID# and local)
• Received by the National Director by 5:00 pm on October 21, 2026, via mail, fax or email
