Under Article 4.07 of the CUPW National Constitution, I am hereby issuing a call for interested members who would like to be considered by the National Executive Board to sit as the 2nd Alternate to the Differently Abled Working Group on the National Human Rights Committee.

The role of this Committee is outlined in Articles 4.07 to 4.10. The Committee meets twice per year, generally in Ottawa, for 3 days per meeting. Lost wages, per diems and expenses are paid by the National union.

Please include information regarding your background in Human Rights and the reasons why you would like to participate on this committee. All applications will be treated with confidentiality.
